Method to do Zero Mudra:

  • For this asana, first of all, lay a mat or mat on flat ground.
  • Then sit in the posture of Padmasana or Siddhasana.
  • Keep in mind that the back and spine remain straight in this posture.
  • After this, keep both your hands on the knees and keep the palms of the hands towards the sky.
  • Now bend your middle finger i.e. middle finger towards the palms and press the first knuckle of the finger through the thumb, keeping the rest of the fingers straight during this action.
  • Focus your attention on the breath and practice this pose.
  • Keep in mind that while doing this mudra, breathing should be normal.
  • Stay in this posture for at least 45 minutes.
  • It is very good to practice zero mudras in the morning and evening.
  • This mudra can be practiced for 22-22 minutes in the morning and evening.
