Why Do People Need NLP Certification?

That’s a good question. Why should you bother with NLP certification? Why not take a course in NLP for sales or NLP for better relationships instead?
As with everything else in life, it’s important to understand the WHY. If you plan to start a coaching business or become an NLP trainer, then it is fundamental to your journey to take an NLP Practitioner Certification. This is the beginning of your journey.

Many others who have taken my NLP certification courses have done so because they are;
Senior executives in companies who were part of the leadership team
Team leaders who wanted to coach their team more effectively
Sales people who wanted to increase their results exponentially
Suffering from an illness and needed to heal their mental/emotional self
People who were searching for meaning in their lives

Many people ask me what NLP is all about? Why do people rush to get NLP certification?

My answer to that is simple. NLP teaches us how to use our inner machinery to get the best results. It is an owner’s manual for the brain. When you buy a car, you have a manual on how to maintain your car. NLP is a manual for knowing which gears to shift and when, depending on the context you are in.

Why is NLP so powerful? Because humans work with our 5 senses – what we see, hear, feel, smell and taste. So we work entirely with our senses – to change images, sounds, and feelings that have been instilled in us from an early age.

For example, when you change a black and white image to color, you immediately feel better. This is an incredible way to change because it doesn’t require any conscious analysis of why the image was originally black and white.

So the change is quick and easy. People enjoy getting to know themselves better and changing habits that don’t serve them. All of this is taught in the NLP Practitioner Certification Training, the first level of certification on the path to NLP.

Since COVID-19 took the world by storm, more and more NLP trainers have been conducting NLP online certification courses. My 10-day in-person NLP Practitioner Certification, for example, has now been converted to a blended approach of online and classroom training.

This is the flow of the programs to get an NLP Practitioner Certification:
Series A of “Get Ready For The New Normal – Self Tools to De-Stress, Build Resilience & Stay Focused” – online in 2 sessions (4 hours).
Series B of “Get Ready For The New Normal – Skills to Design Your Future-Ready Blueprint” – online in 6 sessions (12 hours).
Pre-study with audio podcasts, a workshop manual for NLP Practitioner certification, and a questionnaire to work through with other participants
In-person training of 4 days and 3 days in Months 1 and 2, respectively, to complete the NLP Practitioner Certification program.

The type of NLP certification you receive after completing your NLP course then becomes more important. It would be wise to aim for an international NLP certification that will be recognized wherever you go.

If the Online NLP Training in Dubai is aligned with one of the co-founders of NLP who are the rightful owners of this technology, that would be another criterion. This is advisable as learners will then have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge with the people who invented the technology.
