With easy to moderate trek grade, Kedarkantha trek can be done by a 5-year kid to 65-70 year person, if they are physically and medically fit. To get your fitness right for Kedarkantha, you can start practicing brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day and keep on increasing the speed every new day. To get it right, start it at least 2 weeks before starting the trek.

Day 1: After arriving in at Dehradun, a drive to Sankri base camp stretching for 200 Km 

Day 2: Starts trek from Sankri to Juda ka Talan of 5 Km

Day 3: Trek continuing from Juda ka Talab to the Kedarkantha base covering 5 Km of distance.

Day 4: Trek from Kedarkantha base camp, Sankri to the Kedarkantha peak and then back to the campsite —7 Km

Day 5: From here trek back to Sankri -8 Km

Day 6: Last day of the trek with a drive from base camp to Dehradun stretching of 200 Km
